“Apple Fitness+ Unveils New Programs for Achieving Fitness Goals”

Apple Fitness+ has introduced new features and programs to help users achieve their fitness goals. The subscription service, launched in 2020, now includes multi-week programs like Strength, HIIT, and Yoga classes that gradually increase in intensity over time.

One notable addition is the “Back-to-Back Strength and HIIT” program, offering 20-minute workout sessions combining these popular types. Users can also participate in the “Build a Yoga Habit in 4 Weeks” plan to incorporate Yoga into their routine consistently.

For those looking to kickstart their fitness journey, the “Make your Fitness Comeback” plan includes Strength, HIIT, and Yoga workouts, with three sessions per week, each lasting 10 minutes. Progressively structured over four weeks, this plan helps users enhance their fitness levels.

In addition to these programs, Apple Fitness+ offers new episodes of Time to Walk with celebrities like Mel B, Penn Badgley, and Michelle Monaghan. The Artist Spotlight series presents workout playlists featuring renowned musicians, including upcoming sessions with KAROL G’s music.

Moreover, guest workouts from fitness creator Allie Bennett and dancers Luke and Paul Harwerth are also available. Users can access this content on various devices such as iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV, with additional benefits when paired with Apple Watch or AirPods Pro for heart rate monitoring and calorie tracking.

Apple Fitness+ subscription is priced at £9.99 per month or £79.99 annually.
