A fresh face has entered the realm of TV judging, stepping into big shoes with a new show called “Adam’s Law.” Adam Levy, the 58-year-old son of the renowned Judge Judy, is set to bring his own brand of courtroom energy to viewers. The trailer released by CBS Media Ventures showcases Levy’s sharp wit and zero-tolerance approach, reminiscent of his famous mother’s style.

While initially hesitant to pass on the gavel, Judge Judy Sheindlin, at 83 years old, now supports her son’s venture, acknowledging his talent and potential to surpass her. The upcoming series, executive produced by Sheindlin herself, is scheduled to debut on September 14, following the conclusion of the long-running “Judge Judy” show after 25 successful seasons.

Drawing from over 25 years of legal experience, including stints as a district attorney and legal educator, Levy emphasizes the importance of truth in his courtroom. With a commitment to justice and entertainment value, Levy aims to captivate audiences much like his mother did for three decades. The show is expected to air on various CBS-owned stations in the U.S. and on Citytv in Canada starting September 14.
